We are a peer-led support space grounded in lived experience. While we offer empathy, understanding, and shared insight, we are not trained mental health professionals.
We strongly encourage anyone accessing our groups to also have one-on-one support in place — such as from a psychologist, counsellor, GP, or therapist.
Please note that we are not equipped to provide crisis or acute mental health support. If you are in immediate distress, we recommend reaching out to a mental health professional or crisis service for the care you deserve.
