Group Sessions

Our structured group sessions offer a safe and supportive environment to learn, share, and grow with others on a similar journey.

10-Week Peer Support Group
A comprehensive programme for building skills and connections.

About the Programme

For the next 10 weeks we'll be running a more relaxed, drop in style group, meaning that you can come along on the weeks that work for you. We'll be hosting facilitated conversations in a safe and welcoming environment that are related to living with BPD. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you like, and of course, there’ll be cups of tea.

While this is a drop-in group, registering your attendance really helps us plan (and make sure we have the right size room). If the 10-weeks works for you, you can still sign up for the full 10-weeks.

What You'll Gain

  • Practical skills for emotional regulation.
  • Stronger interpersonal relationship skills.
  • A supportive network of peers.
  • Increased self-awareness and confidence.

What We Are Not

We are a peer-led support space grounded in lived experience. While we offer empathy, understanding, and shared insight, we are not trained mental health professionals.

We strongly encourage anyone accessing our groups to also have one-on-one support in place — such as from a psychologist, counsellor, GP, or therapist.

Please note that we are not equipped to provide crisis or acute mental health support. If you are in immediate distress, we recommend reaching out to a mental health professional or crisis service for the care you deserve.
